what if... she claims separate residence and throws husband from the home... anything for hubby??? can he claim damages for being home less... submit any judgment please... how can a husband fight this out... let experts put in their views...

divorce is granted on willfully disertion by wife,(a major ground is allready present.).then why are you asking for minor cause.

Mere demand is not cruelty. Creulty has to be shown seperately. The same is held by SC in a judgment of 498a.

can mere demand of dowery comes under criminal offence? as in the case of nisha sharma- munish dalal.

Munish Dalal is acquitted.

 

And the case as built had cruelty in the form of Munish's mother slapping Nisha's father.
