Defence struck-off

Q. what are the consequence of order of defence struck-off on the defendant?  whether he may lead evidence to discharge OPD, if the court refuses to set-aside order?

Yes defendant can not lead evidence without  having been set aside the defence struck off order.

Dfendant can file an application to lead his evidence by setting aside an order.
