Dear club,
My beloved wife has filed 498a, attempt to murder, dowray and others. Me and my family got bail but we have not got bail official paper in hand since one month.
How can i got paper? if i dont get paper, will it create problem in future ? what are other things she can file ?

tcertified copy of the bail order can be obtained from the court which granted the bail. Your lawyer can get that for you.
regarding the further cases she can file DV act and maintenance.

will my family or me can be arrested in DV ? SInce they had lot of influence so i told that i will stay with her to get bail.... now since i am not staying with her... so what would be the impact ? can they issue warrent aganist me although i am in abroad?

tanmoy which hc you have taken bail from.. There is site which you can view high court order online, my bail order is available online.
you can also do name search to find yours.
