Land land belonging to deity, devsthan department,

I would like to know . I have Purchased 5 bhigas of land @ 2007 which is @ My name and also registry and titled @ my name.

Now i heared that my land is under mandir murti i.e Previously it was under some temple.

Please let me know what does it mean and is there is any risk to my land

The lands dedicated to Idol usually do not speak in the name of Idolo but speaks in the name of Pujari and so Pujari sell them,which they cannot.So seasrch the title of the land by inquiring with the revenue record, property registration etc.

Ya i have checked it was in the name of some temple before.. But sale and Pruchase on the said land is done 4-5 times.. but it shows my name on Govt Records.. So how it is possible.. How registry and all done..

And what should i do in such case..

If it was private temple,then do not worry,but if it is Trust Property,then it could not have been sold without permission of Charity Commissioner.Do not invite problem.If You are very much worried sell it to other and purxchase another one.
