False allegation of illicit affair with sister in law

I read a few months back in timesofindia an article about a divorce case where judge passed the divorce decree solely on the basis that continous allegation of wife against husband having illicit afair with his bhabhi is mental cruelty. Can you please quote the case.

Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, Section 13 - Divorce - Allegation by wife in written statement that her husband was having illicit relations with his 'Bhabhi' (Brother's wife) - Failure to prove the allegation - Levelling of false allegation regarding illicit relations of husband tantamounts to cruelty - Husband is entitled to decree of.........

There are 100s of judgements where unfounded allegations of unchastity has been termed as cruelty.
