If the Father has brought the property himself and has not inherited it from his father or so, than he can use his own sweet will to give it to anyone he wants to.

The said property is self acquired property , so it is upto your father to dispose of it as he wish.

the property is self acquired so father has rights to transfer the same as his wish, no one can stop him
if his wish to transfer the property to his son then the daugthers have no rights in this property.
