Execute compromise deed??

compromise deed has been made. if second party does not follow it then what action can be taken.

they agreed to withdraw all the cases but now they are delaying  can we withdraw cases with compromise deed without her presense in court.

No the complainant needs to be present in court - there would be some conditions of compromise like some compensation and others which would need to be confirmed to have been complied with and the complainant would need to say that they do not want to press the charges. This is what would be needed in compoundable offences.
