Dear Sir
Despite the request made to Authority to supply certain information and subsequrent reminder, till date no reply has been received. I made aappeap to Information commissioner also but from there aslo no reply has been received. What steps can be taken now under the RTI act 2005?

Please mention full details of your query. Which govt dept you have applied to seek the information and type of information you are seeking ? Have you taken signature of the PIO receiving your application form ?
If you file your application in the RTI application format with proper fees with the Public Information Officer (PIO), of the concerned dept you must receive information within 30 days.
In case you have filed your application with Assistant PIO then information has to be made available within 35 days.
In case the matter to which the information pertains affects the life and liberty of an individual, information has to be made available in 48 hours.
If you do not receive information or are dissatisfied with the information received, you can file an appeal with the first appellate authority (FAA) under section 19 (1) of the right to Information Act. The FAA details you can find from the PIO of the same dept. The FAA is senior in the rank of PIO.
Please do attach a copy of your original application duly received by PIO. You have 60 days to file an appeal to FAA if no reply is received for your first application to PIO. Keep copies of all your records.
