Sir,
At time of my MCD 1st motion i agreed to give what ever my wife wants from me but after six month for second motion of MCD my wife wants extra money otherwise she said she will not give divorce while i have gave all as per my 1st motion . now once again she trying to do blackmail with me. Should i file for second motion as she agreed with me without giving extra money and if i do not give her money my second motion would be granted or not ?

Your wife can withdraw her consent before second motion itself. You should have never asked for MCD on a condition of giving her money. If your wife withdraws her consent divorce WON'T be granted but then in that case you should get your money back which you paid her during 1st motion.

Drafting can only get you your money back, no one can stop the withdrawl of consent.
