Hi, I am a muslim boy. My wife has filed a 498a against me and my family. My parents are in big tension that My married life has been destroyed. They want me to marry again because some people advised them to do so.
Can I marry again?
Will I have to give divorse to my wife before remarry?
Can I marry a hindu girl if she is ready to marry me?

without a divorce ,another marriage ?..i guess that may aggravate more issues for u later..
though for ur particular culture u need to have more advices..

You can marry without giving divorce or after giving divorce. As per Muslim Marriage Law second marriage is valid without divorcing first wife also. However, to be on safer side you can send talaqnama with applicable money for Iddat period and maher to your wife by registered mail. This is legal way of divorce if you and your wife are muslims and you have a valid nikahnama with maher mentioned on it.

You can marry a muslim only during subsistance of first marriage.
For marriage under Special Marriage Act, you would need to divorce your wife.
