good evening Sir
I am Rajneesh Ranjan from bangalore I have filed seconed appeal to CIC, but no hope because Kendriya Vidyaya sangthan not giving right reply . I want file writ petition to bangalore high court against Kenndriya vidyalaya sangathan . I want to know procedure , time duration when it comes to hearing and expenditure .kindly guide me. thank you.

when you will file a writ there will be admission stage. case will be listed and according to the cause list case will be taken up for hearing. time duration cannot be said.
