Sms of wife after applying under dv & 498a

Dear All,

After appliyng under DV & 498a,my wife is sending me SMS on my No.with her No. and from any other Numbers with another girl name i.e From... for harrashing me.Saying Raskal,Stupid,Bastard...I will never let you live happily etc ..

What can i do in this matter.

preserve these SMSs very carefully.

let her send more & more threatening messages.

it will help you in court to prove her cruelty towards you.

Looks like she is buring with jealousy and does not wont to see you happy .you are lucky .Since she is giving you evidence by sending SMS and you can produce the same in court .tell your counsel to ask the magistrate if there is domestic violence act for women why isnt there a domestic violence act for men since you are being harrassed.....................:-)
