Dear All,
Crpc 125 & Child custody cases filed against me in 2007.
After 4.0 yeras seperation i.e in Nov.2011 DV case filed against me & my parents.
Crpc 125 & Child custody cases are running in Family Court in Baroda.
In same Juridiction DV case filed after 4.0 years in Chief Court.
Can both the matters are maintable.Because our lawyers are making confusions.One says it is maintable other says it is not....

DV case is duly maintainable as there is no limit for filing such application.
