The appeal can be filed alongwith an application for condonation of delay under Section 5 of the Limitaion Act by showing the sufficient grounds for not filing the same within the limitation period....

hello experts..i have a doubt that is...suppose a case is pending in the high court pertaining to company matters, we have taken permission for submitting the documents in a period of time but due to the unavailability of particular documents the company couldnt furnish the documents in court...nor there is any chance of finding those documents.

my doubt is in this situation what would the courts act? will the court give judgement against d company? or pass any injuction?  plz clarify...
