1. Define Dowry according to IPC

2. Arrangement during marriage ceremony ( for eg. docration/meals etc) comes under Dowry

3.Can file a RTI against any private practing doctor.

1. Define Dowry according to IPC

DOWRY IS NOT DEFINED IN IPC. IT IS MENTIONED IN IPC, THAT THE WORD 'DOWRY' SHALL HAVE THE SAME MEANING AS IN SECTION 2 OF THE DOWRY PROHIBITION ACT, 1961. IT IS 


2. Arrangement during marriage ceremony ( for eg. docration/meals etc) comes under Dowry

NO IT DOESNOT


3.Can file a RTI against any private practing doctor.

NO, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.

Discharge: To relieve of a charge in criminal cases.

 

Revision: An act of revising by a higher court.

 

Quash: To make void or annulled.
