Document franking in gurgaon and ncr

Hi,

I need to get a document franked for 300/- Is there such a facility in Gurgaon or NCR? Which Bank and/or govt bodies provdies such facilities.

Other option for me is to get non-judicial stamps but stamp distibutors are charging lot more then the stamp value (almost double).

Stamps vendor cannot charge more value than of stamp itself. If is done, complaint in writing to Collector so thar his license may be got cancelled.

The stamp vandor charge on 3-5 rupees only

if you are not willing to pay then go treasury and get the same on same prize
