my father has expired his property comes on me and my mother name automaticaly paper work is pending.now my mother did a sale agreement to some one without telling me but i do not want to sale my share .

if i refuse to sale my share then is there any problem for my mother is  she has to return the double agreement money to the buyer.or she can sale her share on that agreement.
