Filing adultery case

Hi,

I would like to know the procedure to file a criminal case for a adultery against adutress(wife) and the adultere.

what are evidences required and how to proceed.

any suggestions / help appreciated.

The case can not be filed against the wife.

 

It is a non-cognizable crime, you need to move court to book this crime against the adultrer. You would need to prima-facie prove to the satisfaction of the court, that there are some reasonable apprehension that they both may be induldged in adultery.

 

You don't need strict proof to initiate the case, but f or conviction you would be asked for strict proof.

 

What kind of proofs do you possess, based on that it can be told, whether the case can be started or not.
