Sir, I have rented the house in Mysore, Now I have decided to sell that house , so I m requesting the tenant to vacate the house, they are refusing to vacate, the agreement has been done for 11 month, and the house was occupied in the year August 2008, please iti would be great help from u in this regard, so how should I handle the issue legally.

File a petition seeking vacation of house s per local rent act on the basis of necessity and get the results within days.
