Consumer court hearing

Hi,

       Can anyone appeal in higher court against the judgement of District Consumer Court hearing ?

Yes, appeal can be filed in the state consumer forum.

Yes Mr. Prakash,

An appeal before the State Forum can be preferred within 30 days from the date of the order or from the communication/service of the order, if it is communicated by post /personal service.

Go and file appeal against the order before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission against the aggrieved order. If the limitation period of 30 days of filing appeal has expired then one will required to file condonation for delay. Plz. let us have all the details of your case in order to reply you suitably.
