i also want to know the value of it can it be considered as a evidence as far as evidence act, 1872 is considered. wethter it comes under primary evidence or secondary evidence.

The police will surely arrest the persons named in the suicide note as accused responsible for abetment of the suicide. Suicide note does have evidenciary value. But it has to be proved that it was written by the deceased.. i.e the handwriting of the deceased etc.. How much weight the court will attach to it will depend upon the whole facts and circumstances of the case.
