Whether unmarried man can be convicted for sharing residence with married woman and has been inlive relationship with her? In case if the woman hide its marital status whether the situation will be the same?Whether the sections of IPC is also attract to the woman who being married hide its marital status with unmarried man?

Yes it is crime if the married woman files the complaint against the man.

well unfortunately men can be tried but the woman can't...laws are tailor made for 1947 ka bhaarat,not now...now laws made for protection of few are used in one's own advantage
