A a married lady had succeded the property of her real brother who died intestate having no issue the parents of A had also expired prior to B however father of A has a real brother who is alive
now A has also left the planet leaving behind his husband and two sons
who will succed the estate of A in this case

As A had not inheirted any property from his parents and on his sudden demise his sistter legally inherited his entire estates and now after her death, the share received from her brother shall also be inherited by her legal heirs and not by her uncle.

yeap thanks my view is stregthnened coz section 16's proviso itself postulate its only "property inhereted from father or mother and word brother has no where defiened hence property will devlove upon heirs of husband
