War against corruption

Now Desh Bhakth CONGRESS and Rashtra Bhakth BJP came to a cool understanding to launch uninterrupted war against corruption and save the poor indians from the scourge of corruption.  For that both want S..T..R..O..N........G lok pal bill.  But both do not give their opinion whether PM, Members of parliament and judiciary shall be brought into purview of the bill or not. Both are happy CBI has been brought out of RTI Act. Both, behind the screen, say the lok pal and lok ayukt orders are recommendatory in nature and government in power will decide to implement the same or not. Lok Ayukt of Delhi passed order for the dismissal of the cabinet minister of Delhi State and Sheila Dixit refused to implement it. Lok Ayukt of Karnataka's orders against the CM Yadyurappa were turned down.  BOTH DESH BHAKTH AND RASHTRA BHAKTH PARTIES TALK LOUD AND DO NOTHING.  One says "Hey Ram" and other responds "Ram ...Ram".  These two parties cooperation (connivance) decided not to raise the voice against prise rise, growing unemployment and land acquisitions for corporate houses and keep the people engaged in their nautankis from one election to another election.  SAVE MY COUNTRY FROM THESE DESH BHAKTHS AND RASHTRA BHAKTHS.

The basic idea of the Lokpal Bill is borrowed from the office of the ombudsman in other countries.
It provides for filing complaints of corruption against the prime minister , other ministers and members of parliament with the ombudsman.
Anyone, except for a public servant , can file a complaint and the Lokpal has to complete the inquiry within six months.

Now Copy-Cat indian Leaders want to change the rules of the original office of the ombudsman as per their requirements, by excluding the PM, MPs & Judiciary out of it.  Wah wah! What a battle against Corruption........... :(

Anna has studied laws of other countries carefully to identify what we need in Indian context. even RTI Act has been a success for that reason

I'm not surprised that you think lokpal is jokepal. i find all your posts laughable, especially your rabid hate for women.
