I have an house in Hyderabad , Andhra Pradesh given for rent. Tenent is belongs to Secdhule Caste, He is staying for past 5 years, I have decided to sell the said property (house), but tenent is not vacting the house and absconding for past 3 months and also not paying the rent amount, rent due is from 6 months,
Pl advice in this issue.

you properly send the notice to abscanding tenants / paste the notice /publice the newspaper, there after vocate the house with police.
