hello, this may appear chidish. but the que can mother of the kid prevent father fom seeing the kid. that is thwart any of his attemps to see the kid. because many of the women are using innocent kids as tools against thier husbands. and these innoncent kids playfuuly obey their orders. cite me some court orders wherin these kind of activities by some mothers are severely looked down upon and father rights are won back.

Mother cannot prevent. Father can apply to the court for the custody of the child if the couple are going for separation - the court will decide with whom the child should be. Even if the child is given away to the mother's custody father can reserve his visiting rights.
