Power of Attorny

dERA aLL,

Namaskar. I had taken power  of attorny to manage ,sell, or do whatever necessary from my wife and mother in single deed. Sadly now my mother has passed away. Is this deed still valid as one of the person is no more or I have to make another power of attorny from my wife.

The power issued by a person dies with the person. As far as your wife is concerned it is valid still

Sir, Who grants power is a principal and person granted is an agent. It the principal dies the power of attorney ceses it is the trouble with the power of attorney.  In your case it is a joint power after mother's death her rights passes to her daughter if she is the only daughter. That power is still holds good.
