Mr.Sharma! 

One saint [I think swamy Vivekananda] said that who commits less mistakes, that person good man,

Who repeated his mistakes he is bad man,

Who do not commit any mistake "he is not humanbeing".

Therefore humanbeing learns the right thing with his mistakes only.

Once he noticed that is mistake / wrong, when he repeats that mistake / wrong, he is not a good person.
