Insurance co., also comes under Govt., of India undertaking.  Undertaking means take/accept under the table.It is(corruption) better to legalise.  You can see  the board in all the central govt., offices " If any body asks for the bribe , complaint it "  Will it works?

One thing I want to share.  My client has trapped by Lokayukta. He was remanded to JC.  That day I told the PSI to send him to the hospital. I will file an application before the court.  He said if he kept in the hospital police will be there and it is better to be in jail, pay 200 to 300 to superintendent of jail he will take care of him.
