Except innocent women or no fault women, no women should get maintenance whether rural or urban, working or non-working.

Would these rates equally appliable to metro bridegrooms when they draw their wages from their employers or they are entitled to draw more than 1 lac rupees per month from their employers?  If they draw that much amount, his bride, whether metro or urban or rural is entitled to not the minimum wages as notified by the Govt. but 1/3rd of his income, as decided and is being decided by the courts of our Socialist, sovereign republic of India.

@ Hema

You didn’t get this article as I was expecting that it will not be understood by you, Ambika and Roshni to begin with.

This article is purely to be used in cases where metro wife skilled or highly skilled after self desertion ideate at her parents home and now seek multiple forums for maint instead of putting efforts in economy and utilising their skil sets and moreover metro husbands are clueless what this ideating metro wife of his might be earning now as standard one liner metro wife put in her Application is "I have no income" ...........

Against this backdrop if you have any que. then let us discuss amicably instead of jumping to conclusions and mixing too many things into one article.

I suggest @ Hema read this article with lemonade and I am free to discuss further with a @ Law Officer.........

NO, bze they both are drawing is assumptions and only equating STATUS will be considered not ‘needs’ !

2. or they are entitled to draw more than 1 lac rupees per month from their employers?
NO, bze she is shown to be drawing an income so only equating STATUS is consideration before Court that also at the time of deciding FINAL Maint. So there goes backbreaking "interim / pendentelite maint." in such cases of metro wifes.

3. If they draw that much amount, his bride, whether metro or urban or rural is entitled to not the minimum wages as notified by the Govt. but 1/3rd of his income, as decided and is being decided by the courts of our Socialist, sovereign

First if they draw assumption that much is considered then once she leaves (deserts) she will be living in a metro not rural areas simiple fact being a wife who is educated, skilled and is been in employment to have combined net worth of 1 L must have been got upbringing in a metro not in rural areas and beat this argument and show me Judicial wisdom where it shows that such wife whose combined net worth was 1 L is now living hand to mouth in rural setup. So you confuse readers with lame logics when you mix metro with rural wifes.

 tajobsindia,

You said "You didn’t get this article as I was expecting that it will not be understood by you, Ambika and Roshni to begin with."

Thanks

you pushed me in the camp of ambica and roshni instead of in the camp of avnish and arup.  I can be quite comfortable in the former's company.  In the latter's company I die of suffocation as they are legally illeterate, arrogant and abrasive.

My and roshni's I.Q. is average, but ambica has above average I.Q.  If, we common people with average I.Q. are not in a position to understand what you write, what is the purpose of all your writings as those are not understandable to ordinary people.

You are undoubtedly omniscient, but do not ignore the famous quoting:

"To write difficult language is simple

To write simple language is difficult"

If a person wants to serve to the people, he must avoid complex sentences and complicated words and try to explain the difficult concepts in easy and lucid language.

warm regards

@ Hema

Taking a dig at me when you say my I.Q. is above average?????? well, I take it in a cheerful spirit, as I highly respect all your postings and almost often find myself on the same wavelength.
