I am a centra PSU executive and a victim of work place bulliying.Tried grievance redressal at the company level, no use.
Please suggest me

firstly give a detailed representation to higher authorities prior to taking any legal action.

I have tried for the redressal of my grievance at the highest level possible( ministry level), but it has not been properly dealt with.I got comments from higher authorities, regading my grievance, stating that there was no intension to harass or humiliate me (of course with some false allegations and comments).They even failed me in two consequitive interviews before DPC in retaliation to my representation.
