Hi All

My father having house property in Taminadu, which was earned by on his own. now his planning to transfer to me (son). My family is myself, one younger sister & one elder sister. Both sister's are got married. Myself also got married. my parents are staying with me.

I would like to know about followings

1) whether my sisters will have share on above said house property or not.

2) whether their consent is required while transferring of above said property to me by my father.

3) if sister's are having share on father's property, what will be the %

Dear Prakash, If the property is self acquired proeprty of your father, then even u will not have any right to interfere, if he is willing to transfer the same in favour of third person. Hence your sisters cannot object, if your father transfers his self acquired property to you. But after transfer dont neglect them.
