Cross examination

At the time of cross examination, Plaintiff said that I have sent two letters on August and november respectively mentioning that the lease period come to an end. But both the letters were not marked as exhibits. Please suggest your opinion regarding the case position ( this case filed for ejectment suit)

oral evidence without support of documentary evidence is not a valid evidence.

plaintiff have to file unimpeachable evidence. so you can very well cross examine

the person who was filing a suit, he should file all the documents at the time of filing.  the plaint may file a reopen and recall petition and also petition to receive the documents, then he will proceeds.  But the defendant may also file objections on that documents at the time of cross.
