Eviction decree

Hi 

The Eviction decree from high court what is the limitation period  and can it be extended for any exceptions...In this case the period has been 13 yrs

eviction decree has only limitation period of three years from the date of decree.

Limitation is 12 year for execution of eviction decree from the date of passing decree.

It can be extended only if party of the suit appealed. In this situation it commences from the date of decree passed by the appealate  court.

Thank you soni Sir ... But the time period of twelve yrs has elapsed can we have any leagal aid on this ... but all the while we have been recieving the rent will it make any difference
