While agreeing to precise take of Aravinthan I add my independent views;

"Have you ever heard usefulness of a Application under RTI Act in such matters pan India (read as RTI to all Courts pan India)?.


I tried similar stuff before preaching you the same but I restricted to Delhi and NCR Courts and roped in Delhi HC as well as SC and shocking data as reply I got which could be material for a Writ which is in pipeline very soon if my resources permits me.


Rest it is upto you how you can experience milking the very bull as first generation father(s) which Indian Courts donot know what to do with !

Like you say MEDIA, well how about these simple steps


1. PM your location to me.


2. Draft a Press release after selecting a Venue.


3. Shoot same to local and national media as press invitation


4. Tell me the date and venue and I will send minimum 25 activists to your Venue to help you conduct the same.


Bottom line, Cycber tiger vs. Grassroot activism which you prefer Sir???
