'IrBM' can wipe out 'Keep' culture::As per NDTV's talkshow

There was a talk show on NDTV about current controversy of word 'Keep' on which many felt 'offended'.

Instead of talking about 'how to eradicate?' ill practices prevalent in the society.... the whole discussion got drifted to ......How to solve problems of those who want to change their life partner (b'cos they don't get the fun anymore being with their current life partner)?

One panelist went on to suggest that....Let's introduce 'IrBM' so that if a person wants to breakaway from the spouse then there shud be a easy way out!!, if there is a easy way to walkout.... then why wud that person (that poor little thing!) ever think about having a 'keep/concubine!!!!

...Give us a break!!

...Does NDTV 'pay' to those for making such deliberate but audacious and outrgous comments whoever made those!!!

Irbm, which going to be introduced as an act, will not solve the problem.

Because it too much focused and stressed on maintenance.

Alone on this cause Irbm going to fail, as the present system is.

The actual cause of extra marital affairs is divorce not available to the party in need of it..

There is nothing outrageous about it.

One need to see what is goiing on in society to feel the urgency of IRBD.

There are waring couples who are fightiing out  for 5 years, 10 year, 15 years and 20 years. In the process they loose their job, their hard earned property  their golden productive years and finally end up becommig bitter and unproductive human beings. Ten -fifteen years is too precious time to loose for a contract which is not working out. Tell me who wins out of such litigations? NONE

Such fight  creates acrimony the soceity can easily live without it.

Non functioning marriage is bad for everybody  - ie marrying parites, wards and society.

Time has changed and law should keep up with time in order to be relevant.

NO. IRBM IS Intermediate Range Ballastic Missile targetted at institution of hon'ble keeps  . it shud be destroyed in mid-air by sidewinder girija missile  or make it so useless that it serves no purpose.

Keeps/cocubines have supernatural powers. They destroy marriages, yet earn financial rewards after destruction from their man.

On the other hand,a wife who is faulty by deserting her husband deserves no rewards.

What a joke!

Hey,why not appoint pandits to do their naamkaran,ie,select the right name for them?

Arre avnish ji,aap nahi samjhi meri baat.

Feminists can do a naamkaran ceremony where pundits will be invited to choose one respectable name for them, based on position of stars and planets.

Just as parents do a naamkaran ceremony when a child is born. They invite pundits.

Exactly,

Also by which name we call the man who r customer of s*x workers.

One thing is odd.Feminists say that the man has kept the "keep" as a slave for own s*xual needs.

How can she be a slave in a live in relationship, which is based on mutual consent?

Would it not then amount to kidnapping or charges of detention, keeping her captive, and raping/molesting her? Will it not attrcat these charges against the man if he keeps her like a slave? If yes, then why is he not arrested, rather spared and expected to just pay her alimony, maintenance, etc?

Was she drugged that she lives like a slave with no identity?

Usually working women who do not want a marriage live in a live in relationship. So how do feminists say that the man kept her like a slave?

It is all very funny!

In short,if,according to feminists, she's a slave to him and he's just using her, press charges of detention, kidnapping, raping etc against him.Simple! Why ask him to maintain? This is laughable.

NDTV talkshow is far from reality and keep culture.

Arup (UNEMPLOYED)     03 November 2010

then what we say for men ?

- YES. ANS PL.

AS THE WORD 'SPOUSE' USED FOR BOTH  MALE AND FEMALE SIMILARLY WE CAN SAY 'KEPT' FOR BOTH THE PARTIES.

THE WORD IS 'KEPT' NOT 'KEEP'.
