The haste with which the Speaker suspended 11 BJP members has to be reviewed by the courts.
The suspension of five independent members is of course a blunderous mistake and derogation of the anti defection rules.
Courts have to set aside both the actions of the Speaker and declare that the Speaker had an ulterior motive of saving the BJP Government.
