sec 166 m.v act. murder caused intentionaly using motor vehi

i have filed a petition under sec 166 of motor vehicle act. In this case the person was murdered by crossing over him a jeep intentionaly. whether pleading regarding rash and negligent driving is nacessory  in the petition.I have not pleaded so. I have pleaded only the murder incident using a motor vehicle. Kindly suggest some latest case law .

Better you go for negligence of the driver of the offending vehivle and claim compensation. As for the case of murder or whatever you want to make out a Criminal csae let the Police take care of it.

I also agree with Kagsar, First of all if u take the point that it was a murder than u have to prove enimity between both, so i think it is better to get compansated from the Insurance company (If exists) or the guilty person.... thanx

then after investigate the case u/s-302.ipc

either it will come u/s-166 m.v.act

or 302 ipc.

plz. don't joint 166 m.v.act with murdered

take one remedy otherwise u can loose both.
