Dear advisors,
I have planned to take loan against property which is in my wife's name, but my wife is not employed.
I am in private employment, the property is a under construction flat and the UDS is registered in my wife's name, can i avail loan by using this property document? I am planning to buy a land from this loan amount.
Kindly advise on this.
