Simple Man,
With 498A if the Girl side has evidences or if they are sure they will win this case then the trial will start very fast. But if the 498A is false one and if they know the boy has evidence to prove the same then the trial will take years. Until the trial starts you cannot have a chance to submit the evidence even though you have them. So create a scenerio that u don't have any evidences and if this case goes forward you will defeat and you will be punished. Then u can give them a surprise.

thanx sreenivas ji for ur suggestions, sreenivas ji ,girl is working and I have video evidence of her office(Delhi) only. so Can I use this against maintainace case and in 498a as she claimed that she lives with her parent in varanasi?
