Open a business

Hello to all,

I have a little query, I am planing to open up a business (placement / recruitment services) with my friend as partner in India. I am writing here to seek advice as to how do I go ahead with the same. What are the pre requisites & a little on the Law front.

As you mentioned, that you want to open the business with a partner, you will be required to enter in to a Partnership Agreement. Then, again you have the option of getting it registered or not. But, getting the registration done is always recommended from legal point of view.

Who should I contact for the registration and preparing the agreement. By any chance does anyone know any person who can help me do the same. I would like to establish a company in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
