contested Divorce

I want to divorce bcoz my wife is not loyal with me ..his behaviour and attitude are cruelly and bad against my parents and me also, she always tourchering my family. I am having one child..I am totally fadup from my life..Please suggest me right and proper solution

If according to you all the possibility of reconciliation is over, you and family has tries every bit and nothing more can be done to save your marriage.

Try to find out of your wife is willing to give divorce, if her reply is yes then file Mutual consent divorce.

If she does not want to give divorce then file divorce under cruelty.
