My name is Shajumon ss belongs from kerala. I am planning to make a home at Kochi (corporation area)in a plot size of 1.5 cent.The adjacent sides of plots are North side- house, south side 2mtr widdth way ,East side 1.5mtr way, west side 3mtr way.
I have submitted a building plan to cochin corporation for approval.But they returned my plan due to improper setback.
Now my query is that any relaxation of construction in 1.5cent plot . Please reply the valuable suggestions .
