Hi
I have executed a registered banakhat with the seller for a flat worth of 21 LAC on 100 rs stamp paper and got it registered in sub registrar office. I have given token money to the seller and and have agreed to pay remaining amount in 3 months.
Now i want to add my wifes name as co-buyer in the banakhat . Advhocat to which i have consultes says , to add another party i have to pay 1% registration charges which is 21000 .
I have doubt here because its "agreement of sale/banakhat" not the actual sale deed.
Please suggest.
