Case registered on transport

Hi There,

I have registered a complaint on Govt Bus for negligence driving and which in result caused the death of my Grandmother who was 65years old. There is a FIR which ready on them and case is not yet moved to court. The case was registered 3months ago.

Now my question is: I am travelling to abroad on official work for 6-8months, if case comes to court for clarification and hearing, can my father and relatives attend on behalf of me? They have also signed the Case and given the witness.

Please let me know the solution. Thanks in advance.

You may be called by the court only. Go a head with your work, there will be no negative impact by your non-appearance.

Hi Sir,

Thanks for your reply. When you say no negetive impact what does that mean?

Case will not have impact or case will not stand in the court for compensation? Can I write a letter with my signature saying that my dad will appear in the court on behalf of me and give that letter to my dad?

Or in worst case Can we withdraw the case?

Please suggest sir.

After a long struggle I have got the Abroad oppertunity from my office, I dont want to miss. :(
