stamp duty registered agreement because the purchaser is failing to pay the balance amount mentioned in the agreement with in 45 working days,so sir guide me how the seller can cancel
The purchaser can bring suit for specific performance after issuing such notice to seller agreeing to pay the amount due towards full consideration.
