Cancel a registered flat

Dear Sir,

My husband and me booked a flat at casa bella, dombivali east, Lodha builders in August 2009. We paid the 20% downpayment within the timeframe set. They then took their own time and we finally registered the flat in March 2010. However after that when we approached SBI for the loan there was a flaw in the registration deed. SBI asked us to rectify the same with the builder and resubmit.

This was in September 2010. Lodha acknowledged there was an error in our registration documents and told us we would have to sign a rectification deed and the matter will be solved. Its 6 months now and inspite of repeated pleas the builder has not done anything about it.

My question is, if i want to cancel the flat will i be eligible for a full refund? Can i get a refund on the stamp duty amount? [ as there was an error in the documentation]
