I am planning to buy a home from widow who is intending to sell home which is registered in her husbands name? She is having 2 minor sons.
Question 1: is Widow permisible to sell home in husbands name?
Question 2: As she is having 2 minor sons, what has to be taken care while buying?
do you see any legal risk in buying this home?

Yes, she can sell if she has proper documents in her favour and there is no other hidden story.
