Can we register land with old survey number ?

Hi, Is it legal to register a land with old survey number even after a new survey number is allotted to it ? Valuation is less as per old survey number.

1. Once a "New Survey Number" is notified in the Revenue Records, using old survey number shall constitute prosecutable offences.

2. Further the Title Document shall become defective for new futuristic Sale Transaction and shall constitute concealment & fraud in terms of Stamp Duty & Registration Fees.
