Respected sir /madam,
My sister is a housewife and she had a house in hyderabad which is a notary land where we are staying since 10 years now she want to registered it to avail a home loan so can u guide me the process and what are the docs required for this registration and with this registration can we get a home loan from any bank as these land govt Patta lands given to weaker section.

it will depand upon the terms of the patta ,ordinarily it may be of permenant in nature and might have been granted for makng residential construction.

Simply notary document base is not valid for purpose of loan. Bankers ask registered documents and linked documents with patta
